Robert Jeffress’ “Pathway to Victory” named 2025 NRB radio program of the year

In an inspiring moment for Christian broadcasting, Robert Jeffress, the senior pastor of First Baptist Church in Dallas, has been honored with the 2025 Radio Program of the Year award by the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) for his program Pathway to Victory. The recognition took place during the NRB International Christian Media Convention, recently held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.

Expressing his gratitude, Jeffress stated, “We are deeply honored to receive this recognition from NRB. Our mission has always been to pierce the darkness with the light of God’s Word, and this award is a testament to the power of the Gospel to transform lives.” The program, which began in 1996, serves as the official broadcast ministry for FBC Dallas and reaches out to audiences through approximately 900 stations nationwide.

A Rich Legacy of Excellence

The NRB President & CEO, Troy A. Miller, highlighted the significance of the award, saying, “The NRB Special Service and Media Awards showcase the exceptional talent and commitment to service among NRB members. We honor these awardees for their outstanding accomplishments in Christian communications at the 2025 NRB Convention.” This year’s accolades continue the tradition of excellence, following in the footsteps of previous winners like James Dobson, Chuck Swindoll, and the late Charles Stanley.

Jeffress’s Pathway to Victory aims to make Biblical teachings accessible and applicable to everyday life. As detailed on the ministry’s website, its guiding principle is to lead individuals towards becoming obedient disciples of Jesus Christ. This mission resonates deeply with followers who seek spiritual growth and practical insights from scripture.

This recognition comes as the NRB convention also showcased influential figures from the Christian community, including pro-life advocate Abby Johnson and Calvary Chapel Chino Hills Pastor Jack Hibbs, among others. These leaders gathered to foster discussions and encouragement centered on Christian media and ministry.

Reflecting on the future, Jeffress expressed confidence in the ministry’s growth and impact, proclaiming that Pathway to Victory will continue to fulfill First Baptist Dallas’s mission — to change lives through God’s Word, one heart at a time.

As Pathway to Victory celebrates this prestigious recognition, its message continues to reach individuals across the nation, inspiring them to embrace the transformative power of faith.
