UW Unrest Surges Again With Reports of Antifa Campus Fires

Chaos erupted yet again at the University of Washington, with reports surfacing of Antifa activists setting fires and seizing parts of the Seattle campus as authorities apparently stood by.

This latest bout of anarchy is just another chapter in UW’s ongoing saga of radical takeovers and administrative hand-wringing. Remember last year’s pro-Palestinian encampment? That lovely gathering saw the Husky Union Building vandalized with graffiti and local journalists roughed up by Antifa thugs just for doing their jobs.

And who could forget the activists showing up at UW President Ana Mari Cauce’s house last November, damaging her car and spray-painting charming messages like “Free Palestine” and “blood on your hands”? Seems like consequences are optional on campus these days.

This pattern of disruption isn’t new. Back in January 2025, Antifa goons, employing tactics like pulling fire alarms and chucking noisemakers, successfully shut down a Turning Point USA event. The university’s response? Critics say they practically blamed the conservative students for daring to show up.

From shutting down speakers to allegedly setting fires with impunity, the radicals seem to run the show at UW, turning a place of learning into a playground for mayhem while authorities appear hesitant to restore order. How much more will Seattle taxpayers and tuition-paying parents tolerate?
