Firebrand Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett stirred the pot again, claiming white men have never faced oppression in America during a fiery House hearing last November. The Texas lawmaker went off during a debate over a GOP bill aiming to scrap federal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.
Crockett, taking aim at Republicans who dared use the word “oppression,” declared, “There has been no oppression for the white man in this country.” She invoked the horrors of the slave trade to back her point, arguing DEI is crucial to fix past wrongs.

Her comments predictably blew up online. Critics slammed her for driving division, while the usual suspects cheered her on for championing DEI.
But Crockett wasn’t done. Showing a keen eye for capitalizing on controversy, she later filed to trademark the bizarre phrase “BLEACH BLONDE BAD BUILT BUTCH BODY,” which she reportedly used during the hearing fracas. Looks like Crockett plans to slap the slogan on merch, turning congressional clashes into cash.
The whole episode just throws more fuel on the fire in the national fight over woke DEI initiatives taking over federal agencies and warping the conversation about race in America.
