As it stands, the financial mismanagement is also under scrutiny, with the organization reportedly having received **$498 million in donations** in 2022, yet many claim that hardly any of it goes towards actual healthcare services.
The call to defund Planned Parenthood has gained momentum, particularly with the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission renewing efforts to persuade Congress to retract taxpayer funding.
